I remember feeling incredibly isolated and overwhelmed during my high school years. The pressure to succeed academically and socially felt suffocating. It’s scary to think how easily someone could feel like there’s no escape. Nowadays, when things get tough, I find distractions really helpful. Sometimes engaging in something completely mindless, like playing Infinite Craft, can surprisingly clear my head. Knowing where to turn for help is crucial, and resources need to be readily available and easily accessible to young people struggling with these intense feelings. Talking about mental health openly is vital. We need to foster a culture of support and understanding for our teens.
